Welcome to Www.Bernal.Net

I've made some new changes that hopefully will help people out. I added a bunch of spam filtering which should allow regular users to post and read comments. I had to turn that off becuase the spammers were killing my site. At one point I had to redo the entire site rather then try and delete all that stuff.

I added a captcha, or whatever it's called to allow users to register without my intervention. Hopefully that will help also.

If you are looking for the code to the book Programming Portlets you are at the right place. The code will be posted within the next few days.

JSR 286: Java Portlet 2.0

This image is a class diagram of the new JSR 286 specification. I thought folks might find it interesting. It is a large format image and pdf file. I only have one request that if you download the image, please take a second and fill out the development poll on the home page.

It is available for download here also.

New Poll: What language do you use to develop your Portlets?

I changed the poll a little bit. The option on using several different langagues was getting hit without knowing what specific languages folks were using. Using a checkbox you can choose all your langagues to provide clearer results.

If there is something you use and don't see leave a comment!

Old Poll: What language do you use to develop your Portlets?

Description:
Ack! I had to drop this one becuase I felt it was going in the wrong direction. If you choose the last option we didn't get to see specifically which languages you were using. If you entered data here, please use the new poll above.
